Karol Garcia is the Mission Advancement Manager for Hispanic Communities at the Catholic Community Foundation of the Diocese of Richmond. A bilingual and bicultural Catholic leader, she brings more than fourteen years of experience in diocesan and parish ministry, strategic planning, leadership and program development, intercultural ministry, cross-functional collaboration, and organizational development.
In her current role, she leads culturally responsive stewardship initiatives that help Hispanic/Latino Catholics strengthen their connection to their parishes and embrace stewardship as a joyful way of life.
Karol is passionate about developing leaders, fostering parish engagement, and creating opportunities for people to grow as missionary disciples. Her work is rooted in Catholic stewardship spirituality and the understanding that stewardship is a way of living out our call to discipleship through gratitude, generosity, and service.
