Kathryn McElheny is the Director of the McMahon Parater Scholarship Foundation and Catholic School Development. In her role, Kathryn oversees all Educational Improvement Scholarship Tax Credit (EISTC) giving for 29 diocesan and independent schools. She also provides support and professional development for schools to enhance their overall advancement efforts.
Before her current role, Kathryn served as the Director of Enrollment and Development at Saint Joseph Catholic School in Petersburg, VA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health from William & Mary and her Master of Science in Education in School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
Outside of work, Kathryn enjoys playing recreational sports and spending time with her two cats.
