My mommy said it was my turn to write to you this week because I have made her exhausted. Wednesday night she and I stayed up all night because I had a tummy ache. I do appreciate her taking me out in the rain 8 times between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., so that last time I needed to go, I decided not to wake her up. She said she’ll deal with that later.
I was feeling awful by the morning and not doing any of the things I usually do (like making sure the entire household is awake by 6 a.m.,) which made even my spare human (my dad) worried. My mommy took me to the doctor where they said I had a high fever and a UTI that was probably related to my tummy upset. I stayed with those nice people all day, and they gave me fluids. Here is a picture of me leaving the vet in my new fluffy car seat.
We are all feeling much better today. Even though everyday is a weekend to me, I understand that this is a special holiday. I hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend!
