02 Refunds

All refunds are considered on a case by case basis. The Catholic Community Foundation of the Diocese of Richmond provides up to 30 days from the date of an online transaction to request a refund of the donated amount. Refunds will not exceed the amount of the initial donation. Please contact us by telephone at 804-359-5661 to request a refund. No responsibility shall be assumed by the Catholic Community Foundation of the Diocese of Richmond for the fraudulent use of Credit Card details, Expiration Dates, User Details and CV2 numbers. The user agrees to indemnify and hold the Catholic Community Foundation of the Diocese of Richmond harmless from any liability or loss incurred while transacting online

03 Use License
