Planned Giving: A Lasting Gift. A Living Faith.
Beyond our lifetimes, our church and Christ’s mission will live on. You can steward the future of our faith by leaving a legacy today with a planned gift that supports the needs of tomorrow.
What Is Planned Giving?
A planned gift, or a legacy gift, is a charitable contribution that you arrange during your lifetime that benefits a cause of your choosing after your passing. Our team diligently works with you and your family to determine the best options for you.

You can include the Catholic Community Foundation (CCF) or a parish, school, or ministry in your will and set up a new endowment, give to an existing endowment, give a one-time monetary gift, or give property or other securities. A bequest is an easy and popular way to provide lasting support for causes close to your heart.
CGAs are a great way to support causes you care about while earning income and gaining tax benefits. When you donate cash or appreciated assets, we invest your gift and provide you with a fixed income for life, based on your age and other guidelines set by the American Council on Gift Annuities. After you pass, the remainder of your gift is given to the CCF or the parish, school, or ministry you named.
You can easily name the CCF or a specific parish, school, or ministry as a beneficiary of your retirement account, investment account, or life insurance policy. This is a simple and streamlined planned giving option to support Catholic causes you care about.

Yes, depending on the size of your estate and your charitable goals, planned giving can reduce taxable income, lower capital gains taxes for your family members, and more.
